The answer so far
The archive can place ten probable segment groups in screen order, from Springdale Road through the former Riverfront Stadium area. None has yet reached confirmed shot-level status, and nine transitions remain geographically unconfirmed.

Specialist comparisons identify Springdale Road; Kentucky Route 8; Fairview Park and Ravine Street; Sycamore and Dorchester; two O’Fallon Avenue points; Wareham and Van Meter; Gilbert and East Court; Riverfront Stadium; and Broadway near the Ohio River Scenic Byway. These remain probable until independent field or archival checks support the exact shots.
Skating behind the geography
AFI reports that Team Rollerblade spent twelve days choreographing sequences, performing stunts, and training actors. The race is therefore both a location puzzle and a documented piece of professional skating production.
